Old age I guess - Dissapearance

12/15/15
It is so frustrating not being able to find things, especially when I just had whatever I'm looking for in my hands only a few moments before it seemingly disappears. Sometimes there is a spirit of humor to the situation such as when I search the house several times for my keys.  Finally went across the street and asked my grandson, Malique, to come over and help me find them.  He just looked at me and then pointed at me.  I looked down and there they were hanging from my belt loop.

Often the situation is similar in that the item that seems to have disappeared was just in my hands a minute or two earlier and I hadn't moved from the area.  As far s\as this situation goes I most likely find the item within minutes. Now,  the next situation: I put into the washer a rubberized sheet approximately 4-foot square and a 2-foot square sheet with a colored side possibly to allow one-way moisture flow while the thin quilted cloth side likely to hold moisture. After the wash, I took those two items out and laid them on the dryer while I put the rest of the white into the dryer.  That is my last memory of the two sheets.  Typically I hang up those items, and I thought I might have done that.  But I do not remember, in any case. These two large items have disappeared.  I've checked all areas from the washer and dryer to the upstairs first-floor living area and the upstairs bedroom for the last three days.  I haven't found those items.  Not finding the two sheets is very perplexing.

5/6/16  I had forgotten I wrote the above memory.  I found the sheets after writing about the lost items. Unfortunately, I do not remember when or where.
