Been thinking about the 2012 election. No matter who wins the election nothing is really going to change. The government will continue to grow. The incompetency of the government will continue to get worse. More than likely the southern border will remain a sieve for illegals to sneak through. All because the people can't think beyond the two party system. It doesn't matter that the third party makes more sense on many of the issues. It doesn't matter in the two party system we will pay more in taxes so that the government may continue to grow and pass laws making the citizens do what the government wants them to do.
Now it is September 2016. The Presidential campaigns are in full swing. Republicans vs. Democrats. Hillary Clinton vs. Donald Trump.
Now 12/18/2016 Trump won the electoral votes and Hillary the popular vote. An interesting election. go to my Dec 6 entry for some additional views.
